What are some tips and healthy foods for losing weight?
I am 12 years old and wanna loose about 60 pounds to get healthy and give myself a better figure. Can you give me foods or Recipes that are low in fat or even better no fat? Also how much should i exercise daily and stuff like that. Thanks in advance.
